OfferLens MD provides informational organization, extraction, and projection tools. Users are responsible for verifying uploaded documents, extracted terms, assumptions, and reports before relying on them.

OfferLens MD does not provide legal, tax, financial, or medical advice and does not replace review by a qualified attorney or other professional advisor.

User responsibility

Employment agreements are high-stakes documents. Users should confirm source language, local law, specialty norms, compensation surveys, and employer policies before signing.

OfferLens MD intellectual property

OfferLens MD owns or licenses the website content, clause library, report templates, question prompts, page copy, workflows, software code, interface text, visual design, selection and arrangement of materials, and other product materials made available through the service.

Limited permitted use

Users may access and use OfferLens MD for their own physician employment offer review, contract organization, compensation modeling, report preparation, and related attorney or advisor discussions. No ownership rights are transferred by use of the service.

Restricted uses

Users may not copy, republish, sell, sublicense, scrape, bulk download, reproduce, redistribute, train models on, create a competing database from, or create derivative commercial products from OfferLens MD content, clause-library materials, reports, templates, page copy, software, or workflows without written permission.

Software and reverse engineering

Users may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, bypass access controls, probe security controls, automate extraction from, or attempt to derive source code, data structures, scoring methods, or nonpublic product logic from OfferLens MD except where applicable law expressly prohibits this restriction.

User materials

Users retain ownership of contracts, offer letters, compensation exhibits, pro formas, and other materials they submit. By submitting materials, users grant OfferLens MD the limited permission needed to process, analyze, store, display, and generate outputs from those materials as part of operating the service.

Generated reports

Users may use reports generated for their own offer review, negotiation preparation, and professional-advisor discussions. Users may not resell report templates, publish OfferLens MD report formats as their own product, or use generated report structure to create a competing service.

Anonymized benchmark data

If a user opts in to benchmark contribution, OfferLens MD may retain and use a de-identified structured snapshot of selected offer terms for aggregate specialty, region, and employment model benchmarks. Uploaded files, raw contract text, filenames, account details, and report text are excluded from the benchmark dataset.

Feedback

If a user provides ideas, suggestions, corrections, or other feedback about OfferLens MD, OfferLens MD may use that feedback to improve the product without restriction or obligation, provided that private user materials are handled according to the Privacy Statement.

Brand and trademarks

OfferLens MD, the OfferLens MD name, product names, logos, page headers, report labels, and related brand elements may not be used in a way that suggests endorsement, ownership, partnership, or affiliation without written permission.

Third-party rights

Users are responsible for ensuring they have permission to upload, process, or share materials through the service. OfferLens MD does not claim ownership of employer contracts, third-party documents, payment-provider materials, or attorney materials supplied by others.
