No contract, generated report, account information, or contact information is sent to an attorney unless the user chooses to copy, send, or otherwise share it.
User deletion controls
Signed-in users can delete imported document analyses, saved offer data, benchmark-linked records, or the account from Workspace Controls.
Benchmark separation
Optional benchmark contribution uses de-identified structured offer terms. Raw files, filenames, contract text, generated reports, email addresses, and payment information are excluded from the benchmark dataset.
Production controls
The production app uses common web application protections such as authenticated sessions, CSRF protections, host validation, secure cookies in production, transport security, and managed database infrastructure.
User verification
Users should verify extracted terms, source snippets, assumptions, and report language before relying on the analysis or sending anything to counsel.
