Except for user-submitted materials and third-party materials, OfferLens MD website content, page copy, report templates, clause-library text, software materials, interface text, selection, arrangement, and visual presentation are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
OfferLens MD owns or licenses its original website copy, educational clause explanations, sample report language, attorney-ready report structures, product workflows, application copy, UI elements, source code, designs, documentation, and other original product materials.
Users retain ownership of contracts, offer letters, compensation exhibits, pro formas, employment documents, and other materials they upload or manually enter. OfferLens MD uses those materials only as described in the Terms of Use and Privacy Statement.
Users may use OfferLens MD outputs for their own physician employment offer review, negotiation preparation, advisor discussions, and attorney review. This permission does not include resale, republication, sublicensing, or use as a competing product.
Website pages, clause-library entries, prompts, templates, reports, and app workflows may not be copied, scraped, bulk downloaded, redistributed, used to train models, or repurposed into a competing product without written permission.
The software may not be reverse engineered, decompiled, disassembled, used to bypass access controls, or probed for nonpublic source code, scoring logic, extraction logic, data structures, or security controls except where applicable law expressly requires otherwise.
The OfferLens MD name, logo, product names, page headers, report labels, and related brand elements may not be used to imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without written permission.
OfferLens MD may register current and future versions of its website content, clause library, report templates, source code, graphics, and other materials with the U.S. Copyright Office or other relevant authorities.
Permission requests, copyright questions, notices of potential infringement, or concerns about misuse of OfferLens MD materials can be sent to support@offerlensmd.com.
